The Who
Inspired by "How We Heal" by Alex Elle, this group is intended for adult women who want to create space in their lives for self-love, who want to heal from emotional pain, release shame, change their internal narrative, and build community.
The What
This intimate group will walk alongside you through this part of your healing journey. We will explore how to nurture your spirit, cultivate strength, and provide restoration for the hurting parts of yourself. while discovering new insights.
The When & Where

on Wednesdays at 6:00 P.M.

For new clients, a free consultation and 30-minute intake session are required in addition to the 8 sessions. Each session will cost $75. Special Discount for Federal Employees @ $35 per session. To create safety and consistency within the group, it will be expected that you attend all of the sessions.
Managing Anxiety During Uncertain Times
The Who
This group is intended for those dealing with general anxiety, job insecurity, health concerns, relationship issues, or the impact of global events. Individuals can find solace and strength within the community of the therapy group.
The What
This six-week therapy group aims to provide participants with tools and techniques to manage anxiety and uncertainty effectively. Each session will focus on different aspects of anxiety management, incorporating cognitive-behavioral therapy principles, mindfulness practices, and group discussions.
